Submit Your News and Photos

    Hearthstone Town and Country will publish items from community events, press releases, photos and announcements. Your submissions can be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or delivered in person to the newspaper for publication.
    Submissions of written material should be concise, contain who, what, where, why and how, be under 300 words and include a contact person. The newspaper reserves the right to edit submissions for length or content and will publish them in a timely manor.
    Submissions for e-mail should be saved in Rich Text Format (.rtf).
    Photographs for publication should be tight on the subject matter, in focus, without a lot of shadows and in print form no less than 4 x 6 inches in size.
    We will accept digital photos on floppy disc, CD and via e-mail. Digital photos need to be saved in the JPEG (.jpg) format, they should be no less than 180 DPI (dots per inch) and 7 inches in width or depth. Be advised many older and inexpensive digital cameras will not produce images of this quality. If you have any questions please contact us at 215-679-5060.

    If you wish to deliver your submission in person we are located in the rear of the former Red Hill Elementary School building at 5th Street and Graber Alley in Red Hill.
